Return and Exchange Policy

1.  Put the products in the original packaging, products purchased in groups must be returned as groups as well

2. Log in to your account, go to your order details page and request a return of the product

3. We will send a delivery representative to the same previous delivery address

4. After checking the product and ensuring that it is ready for sale again, we will take the necessary procedures to refund your money according to the second step

Products' eligibility for return and exchange

Types of items sold and their eligibility for return or exchange:
1- Electrical items and are packaged in 3 ways
a. A separate box designated for each unit of the item that can be opened and closed
Customers have the right to return these items that were purchased without specifying the reason within 14 days from the moment of receiving these items from the seller or the seller's representatives as long as they have not been installed or operated. Items can be returned if the product's characteristics are preserved and placed in the same original product box.

b. A separate box designated for each unit of the item that is not closed after opening (sealed)
Customers have the right to return these items that were purchased without specifying the reason within 14 days from the moment of receiving these items from the seller or the seller's representatives as long as they were not opened.

c. A box containing more than one unit of the same item and is usually openable and resealable
Customers have the right to return these items that were purchased without specifying the reason within 14 days from the moment of receiving these items from the seller or the seller's representatives as long as they were not installed or operated. Items can be returned if the product's characteristics are maintained and placed in the same carton in which the product was supplied.

2- Electronic items
Customers are not entitled to return these items that were purchased unless there are defects that were discovered after purchase.

To return items, customers must provide a copy of proof of purchase and fill out the return request form.

Rules for returning and exchanging items with discovered defects:

Customers have the right to notify the seller of manufacturing defects discovered after purchase and request their repair within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the items from the seller or the seller's representatives. The exception is defects resulting from improper handling of the items by the customer or problems with high and low voltage or defects resulting from poor installation.

Customers have the right to refuse to receive the items and request a refund. In this case, the goods must be returned to the seller, maintaining the product characteristics, factory marks, and ready-to-sell condition.
